Julie Verret is the English horn player for the Portland Symphony Orchestra and oboe and EH player for the former "real" NHMF orchestra.  During the year she is also an elementary music teacher and elementary band director for the Wellesley, MA Public Schools.  She is currently teaching children to sing songs, play instruments, contradance, and simply learn to love music.  "I have more fun during the day than most people!"  When she's not teaching or playing, Julie loves to knit, bake cakes and travel - most especially to Paris!!!
